               HEALTH BENEFITS

The two salt lakes are Europes largest and are sparkling flat expanses where salt water evaporates to produce sea salt. Recommended by medical specialists for its beneficial health properties, in particular, for heart disease, skin disorders, rheumatism and bronchial illness such as asthma.

          BOOKING

A non refundable deposit of £50 is required with remainder payable two weeks before holiday.
There will be a charge paid locally when picking up the keys to cover laundry and cleaning.

Pick up can be arranged from the airport. 
Flights from Humberside run on Saturdays. Cheap flights from Ryanair to Murcia from East Midlands.

La Herrada is in the early stages of development so there is still some building work in progress. However, this does not detract from the area being both peaceful and tranquil and generally the only sound to be heard is that of a nearby cockerel. A car is recommended if you wish to explore the surrounding area. However, if you are looking for a relaxing holiday away from driving you can buy everything you need from La Herrada and Los Montesinos. There are telephone numbers of English and Spanish taxi drivers in the apartment. A taxi to Torrevieja costs approx 10euros. There is a large supermarket within La Herrada and opening soon a cafe, hairdressers, Irish bar and pizzeria just minutes away from the apartment
